Вирус гепатита С: механизмы изменчивости, классификация, эволюция

Аннотация

Вирус гепатита С (ВГС) является одним из наиболее динамично эволюционирующих патогенов вирусной природы. В последнее десятилетие обширные молекулярно-эпидемиологические исследования выявили огромное разнообразие вариантов ВГС. В настоящем обзоре рассмотрены механизмы изменчивости ВГС, описана современная классификация, представлены обобщенные данные о географической распространенности и эволюции различных вариантов этого вируса, включая природные рекомбинантные формы.

Abstract

Hepatitis c virus (HCV) is one of the most dynamically evolving viral pathogens. In the last decade extensive molecular epidemiological studies demonstrated great HCV diversity. This review describes the HCV variability mechanisms and the current HCV classification, presents data on the geographical spread of different HCV subtypes and its evolution, including natural recombinant forms.
